The deposit needs to be paid on booking on the booking of the course. The deposit price includes a trial/induction lesson, the arrangement of your instructor and booking necessary examinations.

At Pro Pass we use cancellation checkers that will get you a test for your course week.  If there were any issues getting an examination, then one of the customer care team would contact you.

We will find you an instructor within 28 days of paying your deposit however on average it takes about a week to allocate to instructor.

Pro Pass will need a valid provisional license to start lesson and to have passed your theory examination.  If you have not passed your theory, then you can speak to the team about getting this organised.

This will be dependent on your experience level and how many hours you require but ideally within a 1-to-2-week time frame.  This will also be based on how many hours the instructor can facilitate per lesson. 

On agreement with an instructor unsociable hour may be accommodated e.g. weekend and evenings.  However, this would have to be mentioned at point of booking and will also need to be agreed between yourself the student and the instructor.

If you do require a retake and you are not taking a platinum package course, then you will have to find your own examination for retake and organise this with your instructor.  or at an extra cost we can find you another exam, but this will have to be discussed with Pro Pass.

If you are unhappy with your instructor, you will need to let Pro Pass know immediately. So, we can make the necessary changes to accommodate to find you another instructor.

Yes, we do however you will need to make us aware of this at time of booking. As there is a price difference between a standard driving test and an extended. 

Yes, we do, you would be more suited to taking on a bronze course in this position. Then we could find an instructor to facilitate your training.
